These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Letters, Inc. (“Letters”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you’re agreeing on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
Plain-language summary: use Letters fairly, pay for what you use, don’t send spam, and the emails you design are yours. The detail below governs if there’s ever a conflict.
You agree not to use Letters to:
We may suspend accounts that put deliverability, security, or other customers at risk.
You retain all rights to the brand assets you upload and the emails you design. You grant Letters a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you.
Exported HTML is yours to use anywhere, with no ongoing obligation to Letters. We claim no ownership over your designs.
If you use Letters to send, you confirm you have permission to email every recipient and will honour unsubscribe requests promptly. You’re responsible for the content and lawfulness of your messages. We provide deliverability tooling but can’t guarantee inbox placement, which depends on your sending practices and recipient providers.
You can cancel anytime from your account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to the service, with notice where practical. On termination you can export your designs for 30 days, after which data may be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Letters’ total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We’ll post the revised version here and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
